China and Nigeria have signed a series of agreements as following:
Agreement on economic and technical cooperation, signed on Dec. 1972, April, 2002, Dec. 2002 , Sep.2003 and Nov.2004 in Lagos and Abuja respectively.
Agreement on trade, signed on Dec.1972 and Nov. 1981 in Lagos respectively.
Agreement on trade, economic and technical cooperation, signed on April 1996 in Beijing.
Agreement on promotion and protection of mutual investment, signed on May, 1997 in Lagos.
Agreement on setting up China Investment Development & Trade Promotion Center in Nigeria and Nigeria Trade Office in China, signed on Feb.2000 in Beijing.
Agreement on oil industry cooperation frame, signed on Aug, 2001 in Beijing.
Agreement on Governmental Trade, signed on Aug, 2001 in Beijing.
Agreement on avoiding double taxation, signed on April, 2002 in Abuja.
